NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming. Looks at the way we think, store and process our thoughts (neuro), the language patterns we use (linguistic) and our behaviours (programming) and how these interact to have a positive or negative effect on us as individuals.  As an NLP Master Practitioner I support you to look at how you can alter habits and/or behaviours that no longer serve you.

But what does all this really mean to you?​

  • Do you have habits that are not great? Nail biting? Overeating? Eating junk food? Drinking? Snacking?

  • Do you have past events that continue to have negative impacts on your life?  For eg, bad relationships and you continue to attract the same sort of people? Or you think of these events and you have the same negative feelings attached?

  • Do you have phobias?  You would rather feel calm and in control.

  • Do you have limiting beliefs:  I can't do that; I am shy; I am no good with money; I am too old...

​NLP allows you to change, adopt or eliminate behaviours, it allows you to choose your mental and emotional states. It allows you to be who you want to be, to do what you want to do and to react how you would like to react.  Simply put it allows our clients to be in control of their life!  It puts you in the driving seat!​

We all have one...

The Saboteur is that little voice that we all have in our head which can have a positive or negative impact on our life.  The Saboteur's job is to keep us safe, small and in our comfort zone.  When we try to grow this is when our Saboteurs voice will speak louder.  It is however always there day in, day out. For eg, when your friends ask you out, your saboteur could be saying...Oh you have had a busy week best stay home; Do you even know where this place is? Oh it's that side of town you will get lost......this is only one type of Saboteur.  There are 10 different saboteurs (judge, hyper vigilant, pleaser, victim...) and most people have a couple of them.  I teach you techniques and strategies to get to know your saboteur so you are in control and your voice can be heard.  You will break free of your Saboteurs control and start achieving your goals.
